Lesser Electric, Inc. was founded in 1951 and incorporated in 1954 by local electrician Ernie Lesser to serve Topeka, Kansas and surrounding areas. The company was purchased by long time employee and Master Electrician Rick Davey, in 2014. Rick started with Lesser Electric in 1983 and grew the business from 6 technicians to over 20 over the 10 years of his ownership. Rick passed away in late 2024 and the business continues to be owned and operated by Rick’s son, Master Electrician Adam Davey. Adam joined the company full time in 2015 as a journeyman electrician before moving into his current ownership role. Adam is dedicated to Rick’s legacy to provide quality service to each and every customer in the community we call home.
